Very friendly and inclusive work culture- people are eager to make genuine connections and support your growth. The work itself is great and meaningful- BTS works with clients across industries across the world, so your work is always different. Lots of growth potential and support
Cons
Relatively low pay. Everyone in the same role makes the same pay, regardless of location, hybrid/in person, or unique qualifications or performance. Only increase pay for MBA within certain levels at the company, other masters or higher education not valued. The work also tends to be quite cyclical- you're often significantly overworked or have nothing to do, not commonly an in-between.
