Fun group of very smart people, exciting clients to work with, nearly unlimited challenges in constantly varying work.

Cons

Can be stressful when many projects on deadline crunch. Lots of Travel (though could be a pro as well, depending if you like to travel) Destinations often vary (not a typical consulting model where you travel to the same place week after week Monday - Thursday)
