      Pros

      Not very hierarchical fun & hard working young culture with energetic and smart individuals BTS simulation solutions are fun and engaging and more impactful that traditional consulting solutions

      Cons

      more casual than formal, some see this as a pro still room for improvement on brand recognition in the US at least
