Pros
You can learn quick, a lot of good people you meet, from different countries. Good place for consultants to gather experience and find a good company before you burn out. If you are a senior person, you can have some benefits after years (consultants only)
Cons
Life balance do not exist. Only senior people can have freedom and good compensation. The company takes the ownership of your personal time. Not a company for non-consultants. No HR department and no one who actually cares about you but yourself. Not recommended at all if you are not a consultant, but you can make some experience and leave (that's what people do). Not a lot of ex-employees can recommend this company.
