      Pros

      Strong client base, work hard/play hard culture (both a pro and con), interesting work that has the potential to make an impact. Some good, talented and well intentioned people

      Cons

      Internal cross regional rivalry, a habit of acquiring businesses with interesting approaches then systematically dismantling what made that company good in order to assimilate into BTS (rather than choosing to learn and take the best of both worlds). Tends to not walk the talk (obliviously, rather than intentionally). If you are not client facing be prepared to be under-valued.
