Pros
Having had been with this company through its ebbs and flows, this is a very exciting time to be on-board. They have worked hard to create a flexible and creative workplace environment with a very generous benefits package. Another interesting aspect of BTS is that for such a small company they have a very unique blend of qualifications. Most companies their size are only able to focus on providing services, but BTS has managed to dive into innovative research projects/products as well.
Cons
As a small company I see the management team get stretched too thin which can often make it feel like some things take longer to get done than they should. One byproduct of this would be formal communications to the work force not being as frequent as is desired.
