Pros

A pro to working with BTS that I've noticed is that the amount of assistance you can receive and almost any given moment. I've received numerous assistance on different topics. I have never been dissatisfied. Also I would consider the salary as being a pro as well.

Cons

One of the only cons I can think of is the pay periods. Instead of being paid bi-weekly, you are paid once a month. But, that's not too big as issue.

We understand that everyone needs assistance at some point and we are happy that we could and can be there for you. We do understand that being paid once a month requires some planning for the first pay cycle, so we certainly have assistance in place to minimize the impact of this.

Pros

BTS is a tight knit company, full of experienced people who are more than willing to support other analysts in finding them a career in the intelligence community outside of the DOD.

Cons

Since I have only been at the company a short while, I do not have any real cons to contribute right now.

We appreciate your comment. We do definitely do our best to use our experience and networks to get all of our people to the next place they want to be in life weather that is with us or not. We do not throw our people to the wind when they leave a contract. We value the relationship we build while you are here and want people to always feel supported.

Pros

Due to BTS being a small company, they take the time to develop a relationship with their employees. They are never too busy to take care of their employee's problems or concerns. During my deployment I received an email at least twice a month just to check on me and see how I was doing. BTS is concerned with making their employees comfortable and happy. In addition to this, the company provides excellent benefits.

Cons

OCONUS employees are paid once a month.

Thank you for the feedback. We are working hard to provide the best deployment experience/support possible and are constantly reviewing our policies and practices. We understand that some people may find our pay cycle a bit long, but please know that the entire company is on this pay schedule, not just our deployers. I would also note that we have many solutions in place to minimize the effect of this for people just coming on board.
