There is no leadership, only management. Management is only focused on meeting goals, not on developing a healthy work environment. The company is inconsistent with it's own core values. Upper management only shows up when there are issues, they do not make an effort to develop the least personal rapport with the lover level workers.

1) No one ask you how many hours you need for the work you are going to do. The same with working time. 2) My supervisor never come to see you and talk to you for the work progress but sitting in his confined office. 3) Training? It will be Ok if it is free and on your own time. But list the training into the company training plan for employees. 4) You are not invited for a kick-off meeting the work you are going to do in detail. Managers, supervisors and favorable persons are already filled the meeting room. You are not invited for a meeting because managers always have other more important things to discuss than your complete job results. You are done when your work done without mistakes. They will not screwed up the job if they are lucky. No one cares company money, time and young engineers. 5) Always less jobs assign to you because you showed different opinions with your supervisors. The monthly project charge hours report never reflect the real truth. 6) No more R&D, no new techniques. All depends on your own. 7) Worse and worse health insurance.
