Remote work, good salary and thats all.

Cons

Terrible product that cause only problems. Fixing and resolving only backbase sdk bugs instead of developing app. Poor code quality and broken products. Regression in own android skills But coding patterns Selling lies about great, customisable project that can be run and integrated in few days.

Incredible culture, hardworking people, and a feeling of impacting the organization. Recently improving the commitment to America and improving the product. Beautiful product that is well built and the best in market technically.

Cons

Benefits are average. One-day paternal leave. Internal movement results in below0average pay. Outside hires will receive higher salaries than loyal employees with domain expertise and overall experience in the market. Inconsistent annual sales which means inconsistent commissions.

Pros

Great remote culture- most people don't travel at all. Good PTO - 20 days 401k matching 100% of 4%, immediate vesting SAR grants after you've been there a year Expensive insurance-about 900/month for family w/ dental Above average pay Average worker age is very low due to turnover.

Cons

They sell themselves as a custom software shop for banks. Company is actually driven by selling developer hours, and most people have client facing roles. SA position is also in charge of managing all developers, an odd practice I've not see elsewhere. Very high turnover. People celebrate 1 year anniversaries Using vacation time is hard, with customer deadlines Heavy drinking is the norm. Office coolers are stocked with beer, and is allowed on company time. This will bite the company, sooner or later. Very meeting heavy. Plan on 6-8 hours of meetings per day for non-developers, and 2-3 hours/day for developers.
