Cons
They sell themselves as a custom software shop for banks. Company is actually driven by selling developer hours, and most people have client facing roles. SA position is also in charge of managing all developers, an odd practice I've not see elsewhere. Very high turnover. People celebrate 1 year anniversaries Using vacation time is hard, with customer deadlines Heavy drinking is the norm. Office coolers are stocked with beer, and is allowed on company time. This will bite the company, sooner or later. Very meeting heavy. Plan on 6-8 hours of meetings per day for non-developers, and 2-3 hours/day for developers.
