Only one thing: enthusiastic colleagues.

Cons

Badly managed. Lack of communication. No feedback or appraisals. I was managed by someone who didn't have anything to do with my daily work. Training is not tailored to each role. Concerns go unheard. Most of my work was not overseen by anyone. Lack of prioritization. Lack of knowledge transfer between some roles and groups.

Backbase is growing very fast. If you look for structure, established policies, clear career paths and easy responses you won´t be happy here: people with entrepreneur mindset will love it, lots of career opportunities if you don´t need supervision and know how to work under pressure.
