Pros

Only one thing: enthusiastic colleagues.

Cons

Badly managed. Lack of communication. No feedback or appraisals. I was managed by someone who didn't have anything to do with my daily work. Training is not tailored to each role. Concerns go unheard. Most of my work was not overseen by anyone. Lack of prioritization. Lack of knowledge transfer between some roles and groups.

Pros

One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

Cons

Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.

Pros

not many exist for sales execs in the US

Cons

lack of product fit in US market, leadership changes direction and strategy often, sales rigor is off the charts (MEDDPICC on steriods, etc)
