Pros

All Cutting Edge Technologies used like Spring Microservices, Spring Cloud Data Flow, Maven, AWS, Oracle, MySql, Java 8, Angular JS, React, Best Product available in market for Fintech, Very Friendly colleagues to work with. Lively environment, Value for talented people and chance to grow, good compensation packages, Remote Working option, out of country official paid visits. Good HR policies.

Cons

Need more coordination between the Product and Project teams, Training for Product still in progress for new comers.

Pros

very international, different cultures and young professionals makes this place great work environment

Cons

Biggest problem is that this is not a people oriented company, no care for the employee himself, his development no coaching or mentoring, career path nothing. Salaries are also below par.
