Great Company, Poor Leadership and Vision

Amazing people to work with Very large global presence killer sales team good benefits and time off

Cons

Leadership is in Amsterdam Scheduling with leadership is challenging Not enough people on some teams to handle the bandwidth Long hours are expected when not enough staff or you are reprimanded There is no official exit process when you decide to leave the company. You are given your paperwork and said that is all. Management does actively participate but states that you are terminated and leave you with HR.

- The benefits are really great. - There are some great people working here trying to do an awesome job. - Lots of opportunities to grow.

Cons

- Just like any startup company there’s lot of work and not much appreciation for it. - General salary levels are mediocre. On top of it if you are working hard, it further brings you compensation down if you think about “time is money”. - Support of your manager or the absence of it could make or break any job. I was not so lucky to find a manager who would bat for me. - The whole environment is very chaotic.

Corporate engagement at a MACRO level is impressive. They may not know you by name, However, Corporate seems to get it when it comes to general employee population culture.

Cons

Operations and Project Management leaves much to desire. Project leadership are often aloof and clueless. This leaves Project Personnel vulnerable when engaging with difficult clients
