Good team, good benefits, large company with capital to spend. Multiple divisions, overall large presence in the flow meter market.

Cons

Typical struggles of a mid-size corporation trying to grow. Difficulties with management, lack of mentors, compensation under par, poor communication, too lean for amount of work attempted.

Pros

It's run by the CEO as a very small business despite being a great medium size company. This gives the workplace a very family friendly and team oriented environment. People generally really like working here.

Cons

People stay around because they like working there, meaning room for advancement isn't always a possibility in some departments, which is unfortunate if you want to work there for a long time and take on more responsibility and work to advance.

Pros

Great Company, Bosses are generous with work life balance. Feel trusted to make the right decisions and supported by my boss. There is a true feeling of community - great employee programs. Reasonably priced cafeteria with healthy choices.

Cons

There really aren't any cons worth noting. Worked for many companies and this one is pretty good. If anything, I don't care for working in cubicles.
