Culture and morale. Culture is chaotic, cliquish, and micromanaged. Constant company changes and transitions (poorly planned, prepared for and executed) cause undue strain, pressure and shattered morale. This company is not progressive at all. Very "good old boy" company. Employees insights are not valued. Employees are not valued. "Don't like it, get another job" is common attitude. Nearly impossible to advance.

We believed you when you said we were doing a good job. Three months later, "we're closing" Scottsdale plant closed and everything move to WI. Now unemployed
