Pros

Cafeteria has good food, gym is convenient, overall friendly atmosphere. CEO does entertaining presentations. Cool new learning center.... it impresses customers.

Cons

Too many personal agendas and egos in management. Never know who to trust. Healthcare benefits aren't the best but other benefits make up for it.

Nice facility that is maintained

Cons

Company is structured to fail. CEO makes all decisions and direct reports are afraid to speak up. Middle management has no clue what they are doing and engineering does not know how to get a product into the market. Worked there for 5 years and the only product launched was one where Badger bought the technology.
