Pros

Good benefits. Pay is fair if you fight for yourself. Had a great boss at the time.

Cons

Lots of changes that were being implemented without proper management. I was hired on as a temp for 3 months, but that turned into 10 months with no health care and no real answers.

What really makes working at Badger Meter a great experience is the opportunity to work alongside some really genuine at the core people that really care about their work. The culture does take a little bit to get used to but once you are adjusted it provides a very comfortable environment to hone your skills.

Cons

Because it is such a great place to work, many of the people here have been here for 10+ years in the office and 20+ years in the factory... This makes advancement within BMI a bit more difficult but you have to just enjoy what you do each day, work hard and the right opportunity will present itself.
