Decent salary and great medical benefits. Helping the students was very rewarding.

Cons

The company culture was awful, management was not professional, it was a very cut throat environment, and they treated the staff extremely negative and crude.

New computers, facilities, and classrooms. Very clean.

Cons

Toxic atmosphere. Employees let go without much warning. "Success stories" are more often than not alumni hired by Baker itself.
