8yWe are glad to hear that you have found satisfaction in the benefits package and the nine month schedule. We have worked hard to ensure that in this economy health benefits are not unmanageable for our employees. We are disappointed to learn that you are not as satisfied with the monetary portion of your compensation package or the workload. We desire for our employees to be satisfied with their compensation package in its entirety in addition to being able to have a healthy work-life balance.
