There are many programs and campuses. The student population is one that is in need of a lot of help. The right to try model gives students a chance to prove themselves even with a questionable academic background. Some dedicated staff remains. Lots of money spent on buildings and paint. Good benefits package.
Cons
Profitability is the main focus of this organization and decisions are made everyday in this spirit. Academics take second fiddle to marketing, this is problematic in an education space. Senior management is a small circle that lacks vision and micromanages. Lacks real diversity in senior positions this is due to the fact that promotions have not been merit based. Employees are overworked, underpaid and easily disposed of. Have let go of many employees lately that served very faithfully for years that has also lessened the diversity.
