Pros

I enjoyed my time with the company. I received much experience, connections, and friends during my tenure.

Cons

The ASPIRE program is great, however, the transition into a full-time position can be tough due to the nature of the industry. I was hopeful I would find something after my time in the program but unfortunately did not.

Pros

Rotational Program where you get to choose your career.

Cons

You need to take action and get the rotations you want, or you'll end up doing nothing worthwhile. Have some career direction.
