Pros

Very friendly people. Helpful. Collaborative. Work as a team. They take you in with open arms but it's your job to maintain good stead. Work is challenging up to a certain point. Learning environment encouraged.

Cons

A bit cliquey at times, and harder to break the ice if you didn't make a good impression from the very beginning. Not much training provided, more of a learn it as you go kind of environment. Each team is separate and communication lines are a bit unclear.

Aside from our regular staff socials and training programs, some of the initiatives we have recently established include our internal lunch & learn series and mentorship program to further contribute to cross-functional exchanges and relationships .

- gained lots of valuable skills & experience - good pay - worked with great people

Cons

- long hours in the winter but should be expected because of tax season! - working at a desk all day can get tiresome
