Good culture and everyone is helpful. Management is engaging and always providing constructive criticism. Environment is great and resources are available to complete task.

Cons

Hours are just as bad as big 4 and the average salary is not up to par with the market rate. Bonuses are not up to par either.

The workplace culture of Collins Barrow is significantly better than several other accounting firms in the downtown financial district area.

Cons

Don't get paid enough compared to all the work you have to do. Do not get promoted as fast as other places. Managers at other firms are seniors at Collins Barrow.
