Unfortunate Poor Management and HR Practices

Many of the people you will work with are very team oriented and nice to work with on various work.
Cons
Unfortunately I witnessed a lack of management training and some poor HR tactics that have driven many great employees out the door. Micromanagement, lies, a some long term manager's taking credit for subordinate and other peoples work. The worst tactic witnessed was a few managers putting multiple employees on performance plans after those people had received several glowing reviews and after they stated they wanted to explore other areas in the business. There is no excuse for bullying and using these types of control mechanisms, or allowing these types of practices in the workplace. Many employees there discussed this behavior and that they were treated as hourly employees. I have never witnessed these kinds of tactics at any other company. Very sad for what was assumed a great company.
