A good place to work if you like technical challenges.

Pros

Excellent and exciting technical challenges for most positions. If you want to be on the cutting edge and have interesting government projects come your way, there is good opportunity here. The team environment is a good one, and the people who work there are great -- both professional and personable.

Cons

Relatively weak benefits package compared to similar companies. Short notice for some travel assignments can be frustrating. Not the highest level of emphasis is placed on individual professional development. Also, office ergonomics are not really emphasized, which could be improved with regular training and attention to detail.

Good small teams encouraged strongly by middle management, lots of very competent people to work with

Cons

Company is big enough that you can get lost even when doing good work, while there seems to be some investment in long term tech development it should be bigger
