We work on great technologies for amazing missions, The people are wonderful - actually care about the employees, and management does a great job of balancing corporate success with human needs.

Cons

Recent acquisition by BAE systems is looking mostly positive, but still has employees nervous. BAE's emphasis on weapons production (supporting the warfighter) makes many Boulderites uncomfortable.

Benefits (401K, pension) , flex working environment, and some really great people.

Cons

Not a lot of training or support from the finance area. New hires do not have a dedicated person to train them, leaving the to figure out not only the company process, but their job.
