Ball Corporation reviews

My experience on the Contract Administration team at Ball Corporation was difficult primarily due to management style. One-on-one meetings often felt volatile rather than constructive or supportive. I struggled to receive consistent training, clear expectations, and actionable coaching, which made it difficult to grow confidently in the role. Communication from leadership frequently felt defensive instead of collaborative, and there did not seem to be much openness to feedback. During my time on the team, several employees also left within roughly a year, which contributed to concerns about morale, retention, and overall team environment. There is not a lot of diversity at all either. While Ball Corporation is a large company with opportunities in other departments, my direct experience on this specific team was not positive at all.

Rotating between day and night shifts can be rough.
