Pros
I love the team I work with. It has been a great learning experience with opportunities for growth and promotions within the department based on years of experience and quality of work. My manager and director have also been very supportive and encouraging without being micromanagers. Overall, it is a positive place to work.
Cons
At times having multiple projects at a time can feel overwhelming, but people on my team have always been willing to help each other out so no one person is carrying too much weight.
