      Poor Management they could care less about you. A lot of favoritism and if you were not a nurse and only a CNA you are looked down at and took advantage. No respect. A lot of gossip and drama. STAY AWAY

      Pros

      Pros are that I work with some of the finest, most dedicated, hard working people I’ve ever met. Everyone works well together, supports each other, and puts patients first. Truly love these folks. If you work hard and smart, there is no limit to where you can go. I know I am appreciated, and I work with people who have become good friends.

      Cons

      Leadership ( I am referring to CEO etc.) is a bunch of circus monkeys. Worst decision makers ever! So much waste! So much stupidity. So much nonsense. Zero accountability. Zero supervision of other upper management.
