      Pros

      So far, for me, this has been a great company to be a part of. Overall, based on my experience so far, leadership appears to genuinely care about its employees. The directors and managers in my division are awesome. They try to foster highly cohesive teams and departmental camaraderie. I'm glad to be a part of this company and hope it continues like this for many years.

      Cons

      We don't get holidays off, but PTO earnings are generous - even for newer hires - and make it easy to use vacation time for holidays.
