Pros

Laid back attitude, Good stop gap company.

Cons

Hire & fire mentality. No sense of direction. Don't know what they want and cannot stick to their scope defined. Leadership team keeps changing. Perfect for someone who does not have a job and who does not intend working too long. The culture they hype about is very superficial and biased. You will feel frustrated going to work the next day after the honeymoon phase ends (which is different in everyone's case).

Balsam cultivates an amazing work environment where employees are treated with fairness and care, and they offer fantastic benefits and perks too! Plus, they're all about nurturing growth and learning opportunities for everyone on the team.

Cons

The salary package could use a little boost to become more competitive, but it's still reasonable and fair.

Pros

Easy to work with, good starting job, nice environment.

Cons

Lack of clarity with Hr and Supervisors, management made frequent mistakes regarding lack of reviews and warnings when they should be given, management refused to fix issue with call system and fired me when the issue effected me.
