The people I work with are incredibly kind and collaborative, and truly work together as a team. The company cares about its employees, and demonstrates that through transparent communication, unique perks and great benefits. Company leadership is strong and open to new ideas.

Cons

The business is incredibly seasonal, so there is ebb and flow in workload and financials.

I didn't think I would, but I LOVE this company

Pros

- They're honest and transparent. (There was never a time where I sensed a lack of genuineness with management) - There seems to be a lot of room for growth- though I haven't really investigated where. - The company seems family oriented. There's a lot of understanding for work -life balance - The company is global, so depending on your team it's mostly flex hours that you'll be working - A lot of diversity and amazing benefits package.

Cons

- Working across multiple geos can be tedious because of the varying time zones. - High visibility to upper management can be a good or bad thing.
