No accountability, mess up as much as you love Nobody really cares Take your time Employee stock if you can stomach being there 5 years Good transition and learning place

Cons

Too busy making same mistakes over and over Working there is like going 80 miles per hour then suddenly braking then going 100 Complete burnout environment Toxic management culture No consideration for employee well being No where to grow

Good benefits and pay. 401k/match, ESOP program, gym reimbursement, snack bar in cafe, tuition reimbursement options, secure & profitable company to work for. Opportunities for development. Company invests in their employees. People are genuine and are all driven to achieve their goals (employee owned organization)

Cons

Needs a bit of a culture boost. Office has been renovated but needs more color. It is on the rise, though.
