Benefits are outstanding. The management is great! Also BAC pays very well. I definitely feel appreciated for my work.

There aren't any that I have seen in my short time here.

Continuous learning, safe working environment 40 hour work week and overtime availability;y

Cons

Not the best training, mandatory overtime, employment through temp services and not guaranteed employment after 6 months through temp service

Pros

Company pays a very competitive wage, excellent benefits, ESOP is great program. The people at corporate headquarters and at the plants are all great and want to do best for the company. The company has been somewhat successful in a tough market

Cons

BAC preaches that the people are the most important. This may have been true a while ago, but the new management is a numbers driven group and the people take a back seat. The different departments still do not interact well and this hurts the plants.
