Pros

Working with residents and community partners in the Baltimore community was an amazing and meaningful experience.

Cons

Leadership was often unsupportive and unresponsive, and did not show any care or regard for most programs. Extremely difficult to have necessary expenses approved and employees are often forced to work overtime due to understaffing.
