Pros

Friendly students, talented and friendly faculty, some nice staff.

Cons

It was a very top down, punitive environment. The president could be very condescending and dismissive of staff and faculty. A lot of distrust. Not a positive environment to work in.

Pros

Great Benefits. annual pay, sick pay. and personal pay all paid. 2 weeks off during Christmas. A leave bank if you need it. A lot of pro when it comes to the benefits.

Cons

The actual pay rate isn't well enough for the work load. No bonus, no annual raise. we only see a 2.5 cost of living raise once a year which you don't even see,
