      Pros

      BambooHR is a great company where the top leaders truly do care about their employees and if they're happy at what they're doing. There's room for flexibility and making sure all the employees are working where they can have the most impact. The culture is great and the team truly does care about seeing the whole company succeed. It's nice to have that underlying purpose when going to work each day.

      Cons

      Because BambooHR is growing so fast, things are changing a lot. Sometimes roles change and it can be difficult to adjust to the roles as the company adjusts.

      Pros

      BambooHR is one of the best companies I have ever worked for! They truly have a unique culture and bring the best out of their employees. I am truly amazed by the support and encouragement that they provide to their employees. I have heard companies say before how much they love their employees and value them but for the first time ever I truly believe it here. They encourage you to go for your dreams and to never ask you to put them first above your own family. They have become a family to me away from my own family.

      Cons

      I can't think of any of the policies or perks that I had issues with. For the most part I was very satisfied with this company.

      Pros

      I have heard many companies claim the family is important and work/life balance mantra, but I have yet to find one that backs it up like BambooHR. Every decision they make, from growing the company to benefits, seems to be driven at least in good part by how it will effect the work/life balance of employees and how it will effect their family life as well. The culture they have been able to create and maintain is amazing. I love going to work each day feeling like I am making a difference in peoples lives.

      Cons

      Nothing really, I am just hoping they can keep the culture and Bamboo way they have worked so hard to create as the company grows.
