Pros

Everything else was fine to me.

Cons

Trying to contact HR about an issue I had with my insurance benefits was horrible. It took 3 months for them to figure out their error and when they did, they refused to reimburse me.

Pros

I found fulfillment in serving individuals with developmental disabilities. I found joy in assisting them through day-to-day activities. Seeing the smile on their faces allowed me to find purpose in what I was doing.

Cons

There was a lack of managerial and associate support. Burning out was a common phenomenon for me, especially during the beginning of the pandemic. I found myself doing most or all of the daily tasks. I would receive commendation for my hard work and dedication, but even when my manager noted the problems, nothing was getting done to change the work environment.
