Fun coworkers, rewarding to see progress made

Cons

Must use your PTO if you need to isolate or quarantine for COVID/PENDING TEST RESULTS, probably hired for something different than what you were told you would be doing, dangerous work environment, intense behaviors likely to result in an injury, be prepared to get moved to different homes/classrooms you are unfamiliar with, and absolutely no proper training

Helping people, the experience if you’re in school for the social/psychology field.

Cons

Company doesn’t entirely care for its employees like they should. Before applying I read the reviews and gave them the benefit of the doubt, the reviews weren’t lying. We also deserve a higher pay, 4 years and it still feels like I’m not making enough. Not enough to live, not enough for everything we do. Some managers/higher ups will lie to cover themselves. They don’t help either. Overall have come across only a few that actually go by the book.
