      Pros

      Incredible benefits, nice long break for lunch, sports encouraged. As others mention - good events (who doesn't like free beer at work?) CEO is one of the nicest, most genuine people, who knows everyone's name.

      Cons

      Exceptionally little training. For sales team there was no real direction. Employees in all departments like the fun culture and benefits, but not their actual jobs. I stuck around less than a year because it felt very dead end. I understand they've diversified since, but when I was there it felt like being a digital camera salesman after smartphones became ubiquitous.

      Don't let anyone fool you - for a "progressive" company in the fast growing RTP techie world, the GOB Syndrome (Good Ole Boy) is alive & well here! I have watched many of my co-workers drop from the radar like flies...if they're not jumping ship for Cisco or RedHat, they're being squeezed out for pointing out some of the illegal / unethical practices going on.

      Pros

      I loved the 1.5 hr lunches that included time for physical activity. My coworkers were some of the best I’ve ever had. I felt like my manager really cared about my success and happiness.

      Cons

      Bandwidth caters to its senior management, and sweeps feedback under the rug. As much as they say they embrace Agility, they ignore the principles of listening to feedback from those that change affects. So many good people left because of frustration and poor leadership.
