Pros
Interesting and challenging projects on paper. Higher Base pay relatively.
Cons
Absolute horrific micromanagement culture. Nobody from top to bottom has any idea what they want to achieve and why. All are clueless and they present you a complete project to do all alone without any guidance or sense of direction. All this while you get questioned for every small thing you do and you spend most of your time spoon feeding the skill less managers/directors on how we are doing things. Majority of projects are done to impress the higher management and i did not see any major project going to production which actually adds some realistic value to anything. I have had 7 different supervisors before this and i only have good things to say about them, but here it was full of hypocrisy and micromanagement throughout single day. I have never written a review before and trust me my only reason of writing here is to save somebody. They lure by saying things like this is absolutely the best place to work but since management is inexperienced and clueless, its exactly the opposite. Apart from high base pay, there is no other benefit which stands out. Expensive health insurance and 3 free T-shirts. They have good developers but management is absolutely horrible. Almost everybody i knew was trying to find another job
