      Terrible Management

      401(k) match, didn't have to take my job home with me, decent equipment provided to perform duties

      Cons

      Department heads are not held accountable for their terrible decisions, answer to no one. Employees are not treated as human beings. Company gives out cheap plastic gifts for the hard work that makes them so much money instead of sharing the profits. Salary and insurance provided is an absolute joke! Applying to jobs within the company is made difficult and cannot be done without supervisor's written permission. Impossible to grow and move forward in a career unless you do very dishonorable things and break policies.

      The END of the workday......anytime during working hours was HORRIBLE for the duration of my employment and a SELECT few!!

      Cons

      If you're up to brown-nosing or kissing someone's REAR all day .....everyday, this is the job for you (if not, STEER Clear)!! Dead-end job going absolutely nowhere FAST!! Working conditions Unorganized and still NOT compatible with today's market. Hopefully sometime in the near future, they'll upgrade to using a REAL MAINFRAME, possibly even applications!!!!

      Fast-paced learning environment, starting salary is typically higher than surrounding area

      Cons

      Problems with female discrimination. Experience depends greatly on team, lack of transparency from leadership on all levels. Poor mental health and morale across most teams. Poor incentives, poor growth track. Poor work life balance and high demands.
