Pros

Bankers Life allows you to be in business for yourself, but not by yourself. As you build the career, it allows for flexibility in scheduling and financial freedom. In my experience, this career benefits those people well who are competitive and don't fit the traditional 9-5 mold. We are a family-oriented company that supports you in your career goals.

Cons

This career is something that you have to make happen for yourself (with a lot of help from others). The beginning of this career requires a heavy time commitment to learn the business and build your pipeline. After the first couple of years, the business begins almost to run itself because you have developed the habits to be successful.

Pros

Easy to get hired there

Cons

Hire more people then they can train , terrible leads and it’s a revolving door where people go out as fast as they come in. Philosophy seems to be hire 5 people and hope 1 makes it 6 months.
