Pros

There were not many pros to working for this company outside colleague relationships.

Cons

They do not care whether or not you make it in the company long term - you are very expendable.

Pros

None, the training used to be (past tensed) one of the redeeming values. Branch Manager will hire outside "coaches" for managers.

Cons

Management, office culture, inadquate training, cold calling (in 2022!), constant push to be out of compliance with OCI standards, nepotism, push for "FA" referral to individuals who are absolutely not up to the task. Constant lying to new agents. Multi-level marketing scheme instead of agent development. The "coaches" that are hired push positivity cult rather than actual results, as these coaches offer an out to actual accountability.

Pros

Learn the senior market while you drum up business

Cons

Shared leads. Favoritism among the company.
