Pros
You have the opportunity and the tools to create your own success. Consider it building your own business with somebody else paying the overhead for you. I just survived my first three months and things get easier and better every week. Are the clients handed to you on a silver platter? NO. You have to prospect, present yourself, build rapport, and obtain referrals. If that is too much work for you, you will probably quit and post some nasty stuff about the company. A good attitude is key. It is hard work, but isn't building a business supposed to be?
