Pros

Great boss, fun atmosphere. Never boring, never feels like busy work. Great sales training. Two days per week spent in office phoning to set up appointments; three days spent in "the field" running those appointments.

Cons

100% commission is VERY rough financially the first few months. Long hours, stressful phone-calling, little commission as you learn the position.

Pros

I loved the freedom to build my own schedule and the unknown of tomorrow and the next sale to come.

Cons

Insurance agents are step of above used cars salespersons and that reputation is difficult to change. Lies and cover ups.

Pros

Helping people, somewhat flexible schedule, tons of resources and training that are helpful, mostly great reputation

Cons

No work life balance, they promote your flexibility with this job and not having a "clock in time" or being told what you can and can't do, but not only do you have a clock in time you don't get paid for that part, and your always being told what you can and can't do. sometimes they don't treat you like professionals, lots of repeating of things if you didn't understand it the first 5 times you probably shouldn't work there
