      Difficult to get off the ground

      Pros

      The job is somewhat flexible as to hours and days worked and they provide a significant amount of training -both classroom and on the job.

      Cons

      It is extremely difficult to make the cold calls and actually get through to a live person because the majority of people are on the national do not call list.

      -excellent training available -there is a great atmosphere in the office -there is the potential to make an incredible amount of money with their commission structure

      Cons

      -no base pay/100% commission -it is difficult to get started in this business without having a wealthy network of people to sell products to -very long hours in the office on the phone and a lot of time driving in the field to appointments
