Pros

Good experience since the company is so poorly organized, there are many opportunities for improvement.

Cons

No work life balance- expect to respond to emails as your manager/ vp emails/ calls you nonstop on the weekends. Poor compensation. Terrible technology/ tools.

Pros

Great commisions compared to other insurance companies out there, great training for someone who is just gettin into ins business, bonuses pretty good, renewals ok if people don't cancel!

Cons

Too much pressure to produce high numbers, leads are expensive and you have to buy them every week even if you can't afford it..they will make you write a hot check..no. Joke! Everyone cancels their insurance, chargebacks, if you quit the company they will come after you hard to repay the chargebacks and even threaten to take your assets.
