Pros

Very strong training program designed to help you with a fast start and strong foundation. Sales are focused on client needs, not company minimum quotas

Cons

To really be successful, you have to be willing to commit to a solid two years of hustle and grind and make no excuses. Not everyone will be successful because not everyone is willing to truly commit to building a business. Don’t focus on the number of hours you are putting in, but on the quality of business and integrity with which you work.
